Physical Therapy for Musculoskeletal Pain, Injury, and Conditions
Cost per Visit for Physical Therapy $120
I am a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, with my primary patient population being patients with musculoskeletal pain. When you arrive for an initial PT visit, I will complete a thorough evaluation to determine the cause of your pain or symptoms and create an agreed upon plan of care to reach your personal goals. Treatment on day 1 and follow up visits vary and depend on a patient's needs and evaluation results.
Treatment Provided:
Manual intervention such as cupping, joint mobilization, joint manipulation, Graston (instrument assisted), muscle energy techniques, Mulligan’s techniques, taping.
Exercise prescription to promote healing and address identified impairments. Examples include exercises for strengthening, ROM, power, agility, aerobics, speed; neuro-re education for balance, stability; activities to enhance biomechanics and improve functional movement; and health and wellness. A home exercise program will be personalized and prioritized with your precious time in mind. You will be set up with an option for exercise reminders, videos, and a private messaging system.
Education is a key intervention. I will spend time helping you understand your pain, condition, or injury. I teach strategies to help you optimize your movement, reduce your symptoms, and return to the function you desire. My goal is for you to have greater independence and control over your condition.
Orthotic Fabrication $270

Vestibular Rehabilitation
Cost per visit $120
Symptoms of the vestibular system have been described in many ways, such as dizzy, imbalance, wavy, foggy, vertigo (spinning), and more. Because the vestibular system can involve multiple interactions of the neurologic system and some of these symptoms may indicate other body systems, your examination will be detailed to determine the most effective plan of care to make you feel better. An inter-professional team of healthcare providers often work together with patients presenting with vestibular type symptoms. PT’s who are specially trained in vestibular rehabilitation are part of that team. Prior to seeing you for your visit, I will call you for a prescreening to ensure physical therapy is the optimal choice for treatment.
Vestibular Rehabilitation Treatment Provided:
Canalith repositioning, adaptation, habituation, eye and head coordination tasks, balance training.
