Live Well PT is an out of network (aka “cash based”) physical therapy clinic, which means I cannot accept insurance for payment. I do accept HSA, credit card, check, and cash. You may submit invoices to your insurance for possible out of network benefit reimbursement. The heart of this business choice lies in providing evidence based, top quality, un-rushed, one on one care.

  • I am American Board of Physical Therapy Specialist in Orthopaedics. My primary patient populations include patients with injuries or conditions related to muscles, tendons, bones, and joints.

  • For the last 15 years I have had a personal passion for helping the patient with vestibular symptoms through vestibular rehabilitation.

  • I love running! If you have clicked on this link perhaps you do too, or you are curious about embarking on a path to running. I provide running services from personalized programming, gait analysis, injury recovery and prevention.
